Maggi Noodle Omelette Recipe

Ingredients : Maggi noodles packet with taste maker - 1 nos Eggs - 4 nos Onions - 40 gm ( chopped ) Capsicum - 30 gm ( chopped ) Green chilly - 3 nos ( chopped ) Garlic - 2 cloves ( chopped ) Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped ) Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Butter - 1 tbsp Water - 1 1/2 cup Salt to taste Method: Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a pan, add the maggi noodles and cook on a medium flame for 7 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside.Take a bowl and beat eggs together with salt and pepper. Add chopped capsicum, Green chilly, garlic, coriander leaves, onion and maggi masala. Mix well with a spoon.Add boiled maggi noodles and mix again.Heat 1 tbsp of butter on a pan, pour the batter on the pan and spread this batter.Cook on a medium heat, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.Switch off the flame.Tasty Maggi Noodle Omelette is ready.

How To Prepare Tasty Gulab Jamun

Gulab jamun is a milk solid substance. It was made mainly from milk solids,from khoya (kova), mainly indian will prepare for festivals. preparation: In Indian subcontinent, milk solids are prepared by heating milk over a low flame for a long time until the water content has evaporated and only the milk solids remain. These milk solids, known as khoya (kova) , are kneaded into a dough, with a small amount of flour, and then shaped into small balls and deep-fried in ghee on a low temperature(flame) of about 148°C till they get their familiar golden brown color. The fried balls are then soaked in a light sugary syrup flavored with green cardamom ( ilaayachee) and rose water , saffron for a better taste
